How the gainshare works: Danielle funds the ad budget. A CPA ceiling is the max cost per sale. When actual CPA beats the ceiling, the savings are split 75/25 in OKG's favor. If CPA exceeds the ceiling, campaigns pause. OKG's only risk is time. Organic bounty applies only to orders above the agreed baseline. Wholesale is excluded from all performance comp.
